By default, you see Older posts, Newer Posts links near the bottom of the page to navigate to other posts of your blog.

Follow these Steps to Add - Blogger Pagination Widget :-
( First take backup of your blog template before editing anything)
1) Go To Blogger >> Template >> Edit HTML >> Tick the expand widget templates >> Scroll down and paste the following code just before " ]]></b:skin> "
